A superb opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead a team of ten
account managers in to the NHS.
The Company
Recently acquired by a US led Company, this UK manufacturer of spinal implants and
orthopaedic surgical implants are looking to double its size and offerings to the
NHS and private hospital sector. Backed by major marketing initiatives the Company
is seeking an exceptional individual to lead, mentor and train its existing sales
team.
The Role
You will devise and implement operational processes to address coverage, targeting,
planning and call quality, to increase effectiveness and sales force productivity.
Take full responsibility for the performances of the sales team.
Work closely with the US parent Company on all strategic plans and sales initiatives.
Based in Manchester but frequent travel through the UK.
About You
Degree educated.
Minimum of 2-3 years medical device or high end capital equipment sales experience.
2 years experience of leading a sales team in a legislative multi tiered environment.
